The Global Architecture Exchanges are a unique online series of talks brought to you by the RIBA in collaboration with other professional institutes of architects across the world.

Join us on 19 May at 18:30 CET, for the first hybrid session of the 2022 Global Architecture Exchanges (GAE) on the theme of Affordable Housing – Mismatch, to explore the Mismatch between needs and the production of adequate and affordable housing. The scope of the presentations will address factors including location, price, segregation, functional adequacy services and security, cultural adequacy, diversity, gender, population growth, family structure, climate change and energy efficiency, pandemic and health, unoccupied housing.  

Find out how challenges around provision of affordable housing are dealt with in different parts of the world.  

This session includes speakers from China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Ireland, the UK, and Brazil.
