A graduate in Law from the UCM, he is also a Certified Expert in Regulatory Compliance.
Specialised in Administrative Law and Public Procurement, he has spent most of his career in the area of Urban Planning and Housing. He has been Director General of Land of the Community of Madrid, Manager of the Municipal Company of Urban Management and Housing of the Madrid municipality of Las Rozas, and is currently CEO of the Municipal Company of Housing and Land of Madrid.
As a member of the regional parliament, he has been spokesman for the Popular Group in the Madrid Assembly in the Urban Planning Commission.
He has worked at all three levels of the Spanish public administration, since he joined the Ministry of Public Administration in 2002 and has also worked for the Community of Madrid and the City Council of Pozuelo de Alarcón, where he served as deputy mayor and coordinator of local government.
