Madrid Nuevo Norte is the urban regeneration project that will transform Madrid. It is based on a dense, compact and mixed urban model, structured around public transport, pedestrian mobility, citizen participation and a sustainable boost to the economy.
Miguel Hernández, a senior member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), currently holds the position of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at DISTRITO CASTELLANA NORTE (DCN), the most important urban development in Europe.
His career also includes his position as president of the prestigious international network of Real Estate experts URBAN LAND INSTITUTE (ULI), as well as his experience at the helm of AGUIRRE NEWMAN, a real estate consultancy firm which he managed for more than eight years. He has also worked on large urban development projects with multidisciplinary teams, supported by his dual technical-financial background.
