Degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Master’s degree in Urban and Territorial Planning. Since 2001 he has held different positions in the municipal housing company of the Majadahonda Town Council, PAMMASA, of which he is currently the director of Development and Operations.
He has been president of the Spanish Association of Public Housing and Land Managers (AVS) since 2014. Author of several publications and has been a speaker at conferences, congresses and courses related to housing.
