Chief Financial Officer of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), a multilateral organisation that promotes policies to improve economic and social welfare.  

Graduated in Law and Business Administration (Universidad Pontifica Comillas) and MBA from Columbia Business School, she has taken postgraduate courses in Financial Services, Strategy and Leadership at Instituto de Empresa, Harvard and UCLA.  

She began her career at The Boston Consulting Group, has been an executive and advisor in the banking sector, and has chaired Torusware and NasasBiotech. She is the only Spaniard selected as an Eisenhower Fellow in 2015, an international programme that rewards leaders committed to creating a more peaceful, prosperous and just world.  

She collaborates in multiple initiatives to increase the visibility of women in professional fields such as the International Women’s Forum or Women to Watch. In 2021 she was designated “Top 10” as one of the 10 most relevant Spanish women in the international arena.
