Policy Manager, Climate Change Adaptation and Water, Greater London Authority
Cassie Sutherland is the Policy Manager for Climate Change Adaptation and Water at the Greater London Authority working to increase London’s resilience to severe weather and longer-term climate change impacts including flooding, heat risk and drought. She was the project manager for the development of the London Environment Strategy, the first truly integrated environment strategy for London that will combine policy and action to deliver multiple benefits for Londoners. Previous to the GLA Cassie worked at Ofgem, Britain’s energy regulator, as the policy and technical manager for household energy efficiency schemes.
