Knowledge-providing tools in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, the “Energy Saving Explorer”[1] tool is used to inform building owners and private individuals of the possibilities of energy-saving measures, and to illustrate their effects on the energy costs and energy demands of the home(s) [2].
